A free, view-only audit for residential and commercial roofing companies doing $1M to $10M. We review lead sources, response and follow-up, CRM stages, and ad tracking, then give you a written plan to improve qualified opportunities and closed jobs.
Trusted by roofing operators in
A real operator on the system
Rick is on top of one of his roofs in Royal Oak, Michigan when he records this. About 30 seconds, in his own words. Real operator, real job, real attribution.
Another operator on the system
Illinois Roof Masters runs its roofing business out of the Chicago market. The owner is standing on a 70-square roof, one of their smaller projects sourced through Bloomfield. About 30 seconds, in his own words.
For context: a comparable multi-channel audit from a marketing consultancy typically runs $5,000 to $15,000. Ours is free because if it lands, roughly a third of operators ask about engagement. The other two-thirds keep the document and walk.
The audit looks at the three places roofing operators most often lose money inside their own pipeline. You get screenshots, flagged contact lists, and per-channel verdicts, all pulled from your actual systems. The previews below are real audit panels with company names redacted.
We map your actual funnel against what you think it is. Where the call goes when it comes in, who picks up, how fast, what gets said, what gets logged, where the drop-offs are. Most operators find at least one stage they didn't know was leaking.
We review what's actually in your CRM. Open leads with no last contact, automations firing wrong, leads stuck in stages with no exit, missed callbacks, dead reasons that aren't really dead. You get a flagged list of contacts worth reworking this week.
We look directly at the platforms. Spend by campaign, search terms paying off, search terms burning budget, conversion tags firing wrong, audiences too broad, audiences too narrow. You get a per-channel report on what to keep, what to pause, and where there's room to scale.
Two working sessions, one independent audit. No fee. No obligation.
From the first call to your written findings is typically under two weeks. We do the heavy lifting off-call so your time is spent on findings and decisions, not data collection.
You walk Rich through how leads enter, how sales follows up, what's in the CRM, and what's running on the ad accounts. During or right after the call, you grant view-only access to your ad platforms, CRM, and any other lead-gen tools.
Bloomfield runs the audit on our time. We pull the data, screenshot what matters, and document where leads, follow-up, and ad dollars are leaking. You don't sit in on this. You don't have to do anything during it.
Rich walks you through what the audit found and the plan to fix it. If you want help implementing, that's where we talk engagement. If you don't, you walk away with a real audit document and a plan you can run with anyone.
View-only access only. We never push changes, never touch your live accounts, never message your contacts. Access can be revoked at any time and we document the exact handoff steps after Part 1.
If you've taken a "free audit" from a marketing agency before, here's what's different. We're not claiming this isn't a top-of-funnel activity for us, it is. We're claiming the audit itself is real work, not a slide deck dressed up as one.
A 5-star Google review from a roofing sales rep in New Jersey, first week working with us. (Plus the two operator videos earlier on this page from Rick Dodaj in Detroit and the owner of Illinois Roofmasters in Chicago.) All real, all attributed.
George went on to say "Bloomfield is the best." Verbatim 5-star Google review, March 15, 2025. He works in sales for a roofing company in New Jersey, first week into our engagement.
Most operators are in Part 1 within the week.
Across the roofing operators we've audited, the same patterns keep showing up. These are the kinds of findings you should expect in your own written audit.
Pulled from real audits. Your numbers will be different, but the categories rarely are.
If we both decide to work together after Part 2, here's the band. We don't quote until then, once we both know what's actually wrong. These ranges tell you whether we're in the same zip code on budget. The free session does not require any of this.
Ad spend goes direct to Meta and Google in your name. We charge zero markup on platform spend. If we engage after the audit, we put delivery targets in writing.
Questions about pricing? Bring them to Part 2. Or apply for the free audit and we'll cover the rest after the audit.
Before Bloomfield, Rich led marketing teams at Kimberly-Clark and was a creative director on agency accounts including The Home Depot and UPS.
He started Bloomfield because the systems and accountability that are standard at the Fortune 200 level almost never reach roofing operators. Most operators get handed off to teams that come from a different background, where measurement-driven marketing isn't what they were built to do.
That's the gap this firm closes. Rich runs both strategy meetings personally and reviews every audit before it's delivered. You're never handed off to a junior on the free session.
Apply for the free audit →No catch. The audit is genuinely free. The bet on our side is that roughly 30 percent of operators who see a real outside read of their systems want help implementing the fix. The other 70 percent walk away with a useful document and that's the end of it. We're fine with that. If the audit is good, the math works for us long term.
View-only access to your ad platforms, CRM, and any lead-gen tools you're running. We don't need login passwords. Google Ads supports read-only access at the account level. Same for Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, GHL, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, Salesforce. We document the exact handoff steps after Part 1, role by role, so the IT person on your team can grant it in about 10 minutes. Access can be revoked at any time.
Part 1 is about 45 minutes. The independent audit takes us roughly 5 business days. Part 2 is another 45 minutes. From the first call to written findings is typically under 2 weeks. The only thing we need from you between Part 1 and Part 2 is the view-only access. After that you can ignore us until Part 2.
Roofing operators doing $1M to $10M in revenue, with an existing sales motion and some kind of paid lead-gen running. If you're under $3M, residential-only, or not yet spending on Google or Meta, this isn't the right fit and we'll say so on the intake. We'd rather not waste anyone's time.
Only if the audit shows we can clearly help and you ask about next steps. Part 2 ends with findings and a recommended plan. Whether you implement that plan with us, with another agency, or in-house is your call. There is no slide deck, no follow-up sales sequence, and no "limited-time" pressure tactic. If we can help, we'll say so once.
No. Most operators who book this have someone in-house or an outside agency already. The audit is an outside read. Your marketing person sees the findings too. In a lot of cases, the audit gives them the leverage to push changes they've been recommending internally for months.
Yes, after Part 1, on request. Most operators want to hear from another operator before they engage on anything paid. We encourage it. The reference call is operator-to-operator, not on a sales call with us in the room.
That's a fine outcome. The audit document is yours to keep, and the recommended plan is written so you, an in-house marketer, or another agency could run it. We don't gate the findings behind an engagement.
Rich will call you at the scheduled time. The calendar below shows available slots. Pick what works for you.
No fee. No pitch. No obligation. This is a working session and an independent audit, not a sales call.
Most operators are in Part 1 within the week. From first call to written findings is typically under two weeks.
